Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1. The first job interview was by Philips India, after seeing my CV. It was one recent topics of Electronics, but our syllabus was old, so could not reply properly and correctly.
2. The second job was on personal recommendation, and only after seeing my result.
3. The third interview was for seeking admission in MTech it IIT Kanpur. Questions and marks basis, I was given option that admission is possible, but in Communication or Electronics, but I wanted Admission in Computer, and admission was denied.
4. The next was in JNU for MPhil in CSE, in 1976. First written test, and then personal interview. I did reply all questions, related to Laplace Transformation. I was selected, and informed by Telegram at my Patna address, but could join.
5. I got admission in University of Roorkee (now, IIT Roorkee) in CSE- hardware, on the basis of marks obtained in BSc(Engg) degree, in E&C Branch, from Bihar Institute of Tech (BIT) Sindri, under Ranchi University.
6. Afterwords, I had to large number of interviews, in written and personal interaction, and many were cleared, due to degrees obtain in IIT Roorkee, and IIT Delhi, UPSC, AICTE, UNDP-sponsored International Interview selection, and many more in Govt of India and Govt of Delhi fro time to time.
7. later many interview, without written tests, in Private sector, in academic filled, as Professor, Dean, Hod, Principal, Director, etc. and cleaned most of them.
8. For Pro VC and VC positions, I could not clear the interviews, due to lack in answering future road map of academic enhancement from time to time.
