There was nothing that I liked except that there was holiday on Saturday unlike other universities.

Dislikes

They don't give salary. They take security of 1000 rs each month and tell you that they will give this money back when you'll leave their university but during that time they don't give you a penny back. They don't give you salary for many many months and after that they'll never give you that salary of all those accumulated months. There is no job security and false promises.

Likes

I like the creative freedom I get as a graphic designer. I get to experiment with new ideas and bring them to life, which is incredibly fulfilling. The chance to collaborate with different teams and the supportive leadership make my workday enjoyable and help me grow.

Dislikes

balancing multiple projects with tight deadlines can be hectic at times.

Management is verymuch friendly with faculty and staff. He believe all staff of Lingaya's Vidhyapeeth are his family.

Dislikes

True information is not reaching to management. Academician must given opportunity and need trust on them. The butterscotch nature peoples need to identifying.

The infrastructure is good. You have a level of Autonomy.

Dislikes

Job security and random promotion/demotion is the main problem. Admissions are less and an ineffective workforce does not let you work. Women staff who are near and dear to the chancellor create problems for hard-working people.

Likes

A good place for a learner and a working person. A place where a person who wants to show his talent either in academics or cultural activities. the attitude of the authorities is very co-operative and boosted to his students and the employees. The Chancellor of the University is very nice with his staff and the students.

Dislikes

The University is situated in Village.
