Experience: The Tech quiz consisted most of the questions from Electrical Machines (AC & DC Motors, Transformers).
English quiz questions were tougher than what other companies test on campus.
Tips: Be thorough with the theory of Electrical Machines. Practice English from TOEFL books.

Experience: There were 50 questions on English and 50 Questions on technical side.. fairly easy to solve.
Tips: be fast, coz there are a lot of questions but less time!

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: I was the one to start the GD and give it a direction, so that added to my bonus.. moreover everyone got at least one chance to speak. The ones who didn't speak were asked to conclude.
Tips: Be expressive as well as have sturdy points.
Duration: 15 minutes minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: It went well, they asked me about my resume and about my GD performance.
Tips: Be thorough with your resume. Make sure you don't fumble when you speak, because they seemed to give a lot of attention to communication skills!

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: They asked me few questions on technical side, like what is the composition of cement, what do you know about Air conditioning (Chemical Engg quick quiz), Environmental Pollution, Global Warming, etc.. (since I had a lot of extra acads and internships related to environment).
Tips: They're checking your basics. Nothing tough. They may sometimes ask odd questions (like what is the rpm of a fan and so on) just to test your answering skills.

Tips: You can start with reading basics of Cement one or two day earlier and for GK you can follow yearwise famous incidents and that's sufficient.

Experience: My topic for GD was " Effect of Demonetization in long term and short term Perspective". You should remember during group discussion your body languages matters the most and that should always be positive. Ans your content should be rock solid.
