...boss and teammates is very supportive. My seniors give us training time to time. Lafarge gave me good package because i have 1 year experience of HDFC bank in gurugram. My working environment is very nice because company give best service to our staff and customer.

All is well, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high because i am single person in sale for Hisar area. I have to attaend customer in the evening. Finally most important one, i am off role in company and company don't give my Ttraffic allowance and diet allowance.

Agility and focus to adopt continuous change to strategies organisational position be ahead to competition with clear focus and defined objective and path to ensure accomplish the set business goal.

Dislikes

Particularly for me it was unimaginably exciting to keep every bit of each working units insight to command business performance. As this warrant close functional coordination and quick strategy implementation with validation for success or course correction if any, it was truly demanding and stretching working beyond defined limit to go extra mile. Other way it was too exciting.

The company is very good for safety and environmental. Production is very good. High quality of products are there. Company is growing very fast.

Dislikes

There are company is very good; but larger difference between officers and worker. No increments no clear payment. Officer's are badly behaved to contract worker. Nobody improve for job. We are work properly but whenever any problems into the work than contract worker is responsible and when the job is very good done by the contract worker whole credit by officer .
