All is well, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high because i am single person in sale for Hisar area. I have to attaend customer in the evening. Finally most important one, i am off role in company and company don't give my Ttraffic allowance and diet allowance.

I am responsible for sales and networking. Besides Lafarge 10 to 15 other brands on market and Lafarge is new in Haryana cement industry. So my work was very challenging. With the support of my teammates I accepted all challenges and build a sacred place.

Particularly for me it was unimaginably exciting to keep every bit of each working units insight to command business performance. As this warrant close functional coordination and quick strategy implementation with validation for success or course correction if any, it was truly demanding and stretching working beyond defined limit to go extra mile. Other way it was too exciting.
