Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - One of worst experience with this company. I worked only 1 day there's no technologies to work and to build our career's, in email marketing. also management is so worse and they didn't trust my experience because of they hav lack of knowledge on email-marketing. In my previous company i worked on various tools like Linux, PBI, Excel, HTML... but here there's no such activities just copy paste only using excel and sending mail with gmail ony-by-one , so they asked me how can you develop this email marketing with your previous company experience here?... I Explained, E2E, But it is Cost effective, asking previous experience details Okay! But they ask to login previous company portal to explain my daily routine... Dammn comedy, I said i can't do it as my credentials are erased after leaving company and manager said your communication skills are not so good and your experience is fake... damn it you'r company not aware on the tools which i worked on previous that's not my fault right, Also i have just 2.3 yrs of EXP. They terminated me 2nd day. But leaving before the company there's HR shabana, she said that your skill's are fake your previous company is belongs to your relatives so they provided good pay. But your not worthily for this job and salary. Yes! in that company no tools to work on email marketing, and it makes sense to me so i leaved on that day, But she don't have right to say my experience is fake, But without knowledge, how can i explain all the key points.... in email marketing strategies, there's hardly 13-17 employees are they including HR and manager. But I thank god for giving Excellent opportunity With Dell-Technologies, Bangalore. Here I'm working with Stake holder from Multiple countries they're good with my communication and they're cool with my work... and have got chance to work new tools like marketo, splash, SFDC,SQL, Could.
