Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - If are interviewed in L&T any verticals than do please make sure to ask all the doubts very clearly because L&T way of salary structure is very different than any other MNC in India. They show you high salary but after joining it is too late to make any change in salary structure. Try to get maximum Basic salary. There are 3 Flexi pay options (A, H & C). Take max Flexi A to get max in hand. Flexi pay H is for HRA. Flexi pay C is for Car, if you own it because you need to submit RC book copy. There is reimbursement of phone expense which is as per Company policy on post paid bill submission. For first year the leave policy is horrible so do please join company accordingly. There is 10 holidays against festival and national. Only 2nd and 4th Saturday is holiday others are working. All Sundays are holiday. The salary is deposited on 28th day of every month.
So overall, I would suggest to be very careful while joining the company about the said things.

1. Always be honest with provided documents to L&T.
2. Only speak what you know and have done in past.
3. Highlight the key experience more according to Job description.
4. Also share you family background and members.
5. Share the if you need to bring family to stay with or else.
6. Show your skills in solving problems more.
7. Answer the questions appropriately with some past examples.
8. While dealing with HR take the best possible into account because L&T salary structure is bit awkward i.e. your in hand get less.
9. Ask max basic and Flexi pay A and C.
10. Mobile, broadband bills are reimbursed at actual monthly.
