Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Since, my profile in previous org and in KGS were similar I was well prepared for all the technical round questions... whatever work I used to handle I had studied it well before my interview...and there was one question that I did not know so I simply told my interviewer that I do not know the same
Also, I showed them that I am willing to learn new thing whether I was being hired here or even if I continue with my previous org.
So, just be true and only show what you actually do at your job in your resume...do not fake it

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.
