Round 2 - Assignment 

Through Internshala platform the company's recruitment personnel assigned a task of submitting a research report on a topic (which may vary). The condition was to keep the report limited to two pages and keep the content original. Lastly, the report was reviewed and then if the report is decent, then you will get a call from company's HR department regarding further process or round two.

Round: Test
Experience: It was easy and try to practice daily, you can easily crack the test. I guess around 100 people has given the test and 65 got shortlisted for interviews.
Tips: Indiabix is a very good website, it helps in getting better and better by giving mock tests.
TIME materials

Duration: 60 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Basically i thought of getting into a field of data analytics but they did not come here for data analyst. He asked me questions related to quantitative finance. Since i had financial engineering course in previous semester so it was bit easy and i didn't even prepare particularly for finance. Anyways finance knowledge is not mandatory, if you have it is an added advantage. I answered every question very confidently, so it created some good impression. All that matters is how confidently you are answering the questions (important questions are puzzles and guesstimates) with a smile on your face. The interviewer is so kind and that really boosted me up. Then he asked about coding, i told frankly that i'm not interested in coding but i know analytical languages like SAS, R etc., and in case if you want i can learn coding. Overall it was a great experience.
Tips: Heard on the street book and geeksforgeeks for puzzles
Have some idea on guesstimates(from Quora)

Round: HR Interview
Experience: It was basic HR questions and i know that i will surely get selected for this company after my technical interview so easily answered them. Finally as i hail from Visakhapatnam(South) so she asked me any issues working in Gurgaon? I told i don't have any problems and i'm pretty fine with that. And most important thing ask some questions after the completion of your interview. Thanks and good luck. Hence i got selected as Business Analyst in financial services. 9 people got offers from those 65 shortlisted people.
Tips: Do not get nervous & Put a smile on your face.
Be confident you will surely get selected.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: The interview process last for around 30-40 minutes and it was elimination round.This round decide your placement.First of all interviewer ask about the language comfortable with,then lots of questions regarding C/C++ basics.After that he asks lot of questions about Pointers,Operating system,Data structure and Algorithms,GNU/Linux,SQL,Computer networks and everything mentioned on resume and good knowledge on Recursion(only few knows behind the scene of memory stack of recursion concept).Ask about GNU/LINUX and what i had done with OS with practical work.When he ask about DBMS i told him that i don't know theory and i am comfortable with SQL.
Tips: Be calm throughout the interview ,brush up C/C++ basics,pointer(he almost asked whole pointer concept and heap),data structure.Revise TCP/IP and OSI model with protocols.Always be cool and for programming questions always ask every points to write about programming question.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: HR round was just formality very less candidates are eliminated.HR was very nice guy.He ask me about projects i had done and other questions are related to job location,relocation and bond.Always say truth.When i was asked about why you are not placed yet i honestly told that most of the times i was rejected.
Tips: Always be cool  while answering.

General Tips: Always be cool and don't be nervous.Be confident while answering.
Skill Tips: Be proficient in at least one programming language
Skills: C, C++, Data Structure, SQL , Computer networks, GNU/LINUX, Algorithm

Funny Moments: When interviewer asked about penetration testing which i mentioned on resume then i told him whole process of cracking  his Wi-Fi to get free access to the internet and when asked about can i switch to other domain inspite of software engineering than he told me with smiling face the world is dynamic(i think i explained so well the concept of pointer and heap).
