Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

Actually I see that kvs making me fool by doing held contractual primary teacher interview have no results yet? I have no response of kv3 saugor or kvs hatta?say one thing if u have no vacancy or transferred anybody then why should you wasting our time and money,see candidates are in lacs but vacancy have 10 or 12 then the selection process of kvs hatta panel list completely personal nepotism way to a group of teachers who internally support their near located candidates in a personal way,I see one lady teacher stands and murmuring with interviewers that who should take first or second also their reply report of candidates who already know what asked interviewer with the help of their appointed staff,oh my God so silly and bad experience towards that place of kv1,2,3,4 saugor and hatta? In kv3 saugor I received no.14 and no.6 in hatta .

Round 2 - Group Discussion 

Actually I am talking about kvs contractual primary written exam was completely testimonials affordable just temporarily because results are already declared without showing candidates marks only qualified candidates seeing leadership in kvs2,4 saugor actually a group of staff can't have a rights reserved privacy to the judgement of candidates with their personal property shame? What about those who far from our country have no source of income and single??

Round 3 - Case Study 

In kvs2 makroniya saugor I see who checked out our documents or certificate of contractual primary teacher firstly demanded D.ed. candidates not both,I am getting surprised that I have done B.ed.+D.ed. then not qualified. D.ed is compulsory but I have done B.ed. also then why I am disqualified after long long discussion the management should agree with my descision?

Why are women still asked such personal questions in interview?
I recently went for an interview… and honestly, m still trying to process what just happened. Instead of being asked about my skills, experience, or how I could add value to the company… the questions took a totally unexpected turn. The interviewer started asking things like When are you getting married? Are you engaged? And m sure, if I had said I was married, the next question would’ve been How long have you been married? What does my personal life have to do with the job m applying for? This is where I felt the gender discrimination hit hard. These types of questions are so casually thrown at women during interviews but are they ever asked to men? No one asks male candidates if they’re planning a wedding or how old their kids are. So why is it okay to ask women? Can we please stop normalising this kind of behaviour in interviews? Our careers shouldn’t be judged by our relationship status. Period.
