Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Never attend this company. Company has monopoly condition. They never share with you during screening and HR round. Company hasn't any fixed hiring guideline. Moreover duration the interview and joining formalities they never allow with mobile phone. That's why you can't keep any record of illegal agreement. Court papers agreement are - after signing if you fail to join the company then you have to pay one month gross salary and during your contract period if you want to leave then you have to pay 2 months gross salary.
During the joining formalities they are pushing you to singing on each and every condition likes - duty hours, your job responsibilities, relocating condition, etc. They treat likes as a contractual labour.
