Round 1 - HR 

(1 Question)

  • Q1. Where are you from, and what was your role and responsibilities in your previous company?
Round 2 - Group Discussion 

The manager, general manager, and HR sit together to conduct the interview and inquire about sales, as they want to understand your attitude.

Round 3 - Aptitude Test 

You will have to take an online test consisting of 23 questions, which must be completed within 25 minutes. The questions are related to sales.

Round 4 - HR 

(1 Question)

  • Q1. How should I respond if asked about the salary I expect and the percentage hike I would like compared to my previous CTC?

I applied via Campus Placement and was interviewed in Nov 2024. There were 3 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

The test was easy containing 30 questions in 30 minutes. 10 questions for english skills, 10 for logical reasoning and 10 for quantitative aptitude.

Round 2 - Group Discussion 

My GD topic was 'Is AI actually taking up jobs?'. there was 15 minutes time and each person got a chance to speak. 2 of us got shortlisted from a group of 10 for further round.

Round 3 - One-on-one

  • Q2. Explain supply chain
  • Q3. What are your skills and what kind of work atmosphere makes you happy?
  • Q4. Are you well versed with excel?
