Round: Group Discussion
Experience: I was quite nervous initially but den slowly gradually i realised that everyone is giving their best so i raised my hqnd and started speaking about the topic.
Tips: Should be confident
You should try to start gd by yourself.
You should not interrupt when someone else is speaking
Duration: 10 hours

Round: Test
Experience: It was all related to course so i just did what all i have learnt
Tips: Your concept should be clear
Total Questions: 20

Round: HR Interview
Experience: It was very easy they asked very general questions. And i was very confident during this round
Tips: Be truthful

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: It was related to the firm that i want to join it . And some technical questions.
Tips: You have to be confident and should be well dressed you should not look that you have a casual attitude towards company.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Well I worked on redhat cloud and openstack and all the questions I got were on VM Ware. I didn't answer a lot. So at the end of it told all about what I do and what challenges I have in day to day work.
Tips: If you know nothing the interviewer is asking don't just let it go. Pitch yourself in. You need to know what you are good in and shift the interviewer towards that.

Experience: I wasn't being given what I wanted financially.
Tips: Never budge from what you think you should get. In multinationals there is nothing like a wage structure. If they need you they will hire you. If they don't and it's a generic hiring drive I wonder if you should join. Join a company that absolutely needs you. Only then you grow professionally
