Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interview was good and so was the recruiter. But didn't like the recruitment process. HR lied and kept me waiting for more than one month. Followed her regarding updates every week. Whereas the real case is someone was already hired much earlier.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.
