Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I wasted my time in Nephroplus that's why I am writing this feedback specially to save people life and career.
Because the designation they will assign you had no match.
If u are a manager there than u had to look after the plumbering, ac service , stationary items, sometimes u even have to go to market and buy something.
Totally fraud company specially hr department.
They don't know any professionalism , whole hr department is fraud , selfish.
They will put a pressure on you even if your jon timing is 9 hrs, but due to overburden u have to spent more hours .
And appraisal they will give after 1 year is 200Rs , now your can think by your own.
Donkey hr department is made zonal head manager which is meaningless.
But anyways , I m thankful to God that I left this company after 2 days , bcoz I get to know there strategies , tactics , politics , fantasies abt the company.


If the reviews are written understand them please , I didn't check the reviews before joining and that was my biggest mistake.

But, Now I m happy after leaving this fraud , duffer company.

Understand this thing corporate HR department is null , dumb , fraud , selfish .....etc.

Rest depends on you that u want to join or not ...
It's your decision , I wrote this feedback to save someone's life otherwise I m not so much free to write abt this bullshit company.

Experience: Internal vacancy

General Tips: It was a technical and test in writing then after shortlisting interview with HR and Department head for personal and general topics and knowledge of the company if any and to test stress level
Then Medical test
Posting in the respective plant where vacancy was there as allotted by the departmental head
Skills: Language, Communication, Presentation Skills
Duration: 1-4 weeks
