Q1. 1) Formal introduction 2) Questions related to projects which includes Pricing strategies, Brand Onboarding, Sales Pacing etc. 3) Basic Excel Questions related to advance excel.
Ans. 1) Be calm & patience and give your introduction which talks about your previous job experience. 2) Go through the e-commerce strategies on pricing/competitive pricing, how you can improve sales for a particular categories or brands etc. Give few examples if you have any from your previous job. 3) Prepare for basic advance excel questions mostly related to sorting, filtering and pivot tables.

This was the second round of interview where they mostly discussed about scenario based questions to analyse my business understanding and in case of any problem what kind of solutions i could think of. They also asked few probability related questions.

Q1. 1) Basic technical questions related to operations. 2) Scenario based questions 3) Excel and Sql questions 4) Salary Expectations
Ans. 1) Be honest and answer whatever you know, in case you don’t then say politely that i am not sure than bluffing with your answers. 2) Prepare thinking in mind that what all problems can occur in a website and how can we fix them. 3) You should have a good knowledge of advance excel and basic sql understanding is also fine. 4) Finally if all goes well, you will be asked about your salary expectations.
