- Ans. My husband is a businessman. He is travel agent and working online. That's why he is ready to shift with me because can do his work from home also.

- Ans. My current salary is 6 lakh per annum. ( Also i have shown them my Salary Slip)

- Ans. My expectations are clear i want 30% hike on my current CTC
- Q7. 30% is too much you are asking for ( Now negotiation starts here as they are agree to hire me)
- Ans. Sir, I agree But in my home town i have no leaving Costs like Rental, utility or others basic necessities. But after shifting here i need to manage everything own my own. That's why am asking this much. below this i can manage
- Q8. We can give you only 50000
- Ans. Sir. Am already Taking 50000/- and am Leaving my Current job and Hometown for the sake of Growth in Carrier .But if i get same Salary then there is no reason to Move here also if i cant manage in this much salary as leaving cost comes in my way. so its difficult for me to join at this salary

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I just want to share Prepare CV Like a pro if you are a fresher or Experienced Just make your CV to look professional.
2.Just Be confident interviewers may be HR or MD are looking for the confident person not That who cant speak their Point. And also if you don't know anything about the topic you mentioned in your CV .Please don't mentioned it.
3.If you are underconfident or you fumble at the time of interview do preparation well, make interview questions on your own and answer them.
4.Even At the time of Salary be honest that how much you want because you know your worth very well. Think if you join at less salary you will not be able to focus on work very well due to Less financial benefits. So say clearly about your salary expectations and that which you can justify Don't Ask direct 10 lakh package if your current package is only 5 lakh. No body will give you double until and unless you are extraordinary in your work.
5.I suggest you to ask 30 to 35% hike when you change your job. and if negotiation is good you can get full hike or about 25% you can get very easily. So these advices I want to give you

Experience: Very basic(class 7 level) english, quant and DI from CAT preparation will do. I was asked to estimate the number of newspapers I would buy if I am a supplier for the campus. Then slightly complicated the problem four or five times.
Tips: Try to answer as many questions as possible--the test is the one major criterion for selection.
Total Questions: 65
Round: Guesstimate Interview
Experience: One-on-one interview.Basic guess estimation and details about your projects. Try to show you have some knowledge in mathematics.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: HR interview--A panel of 4 or 5 people(who have taken the individual interviews in round I).
Tips: Be confident and try not to tell something which you can’t defend.
General Tips: As is the case for most companies, CAT preparation will definitely help. I don’t think much focus was was given on the essay but the other sections of the test are really important.

General Tips: KGPians have to be a little more in the know-how of latest trends in IT and programming language landscape. KGPians don’t do group projects much, specially group programming/software project. Be affirmative about your abilities and be more clear in your intent, in interviews.
Skill Tips: Must: minimum CGPA of 8. they reduced the gpa requirement to 7.9 but they maintain final gpa must be 8. Good to have: Some knowledge of programming languages,databases,Algorithms. General Tips: Interview question was mainly to gauge my knowledge about insurance sector. I had little idea about the sector but a little research prior to the interview helps. When you are over with the gd/ hr interview and you think there is a good chance of clearing it then make sure u get some knowledge about sector and the company .Read about the sector well and the company as well.
