The assignment is given and then being asked to submit on odd days like Sundays and it was a horrible experience to me

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Hi, This is Neetu Chauhan here , i was contacted by their Outsourcing team on 23/12/2022 by Parikshat wadhwa from keytaal.

The entire interview process was so horrible.

The flow of the interview which was given it was just opposite of that.

I had first interview round with Chanel Ang (Marketing Strategist) and after clearing that round i was given the assignments. After completion of the assignment my last round was scheduled with Terence ng (Director).

Last round was more than horrible that I could explain in words.

They kept me waited for 2 days stating Director is travelling and he might call you anyday of the time so you have to keep checking your phone all time.
As this interview shifted from team's interview to WhatsApp.

However I was cordial at this point as well.
I cleared this round as well now last round as we know is just for formalities your salary discussion etc.

Now from the HR team Mr.Raja who i found very non welcoming to new joiners. He kept stressing about my current salary on that basis he would decide my expected salary for the role.

Now here is my 1st question to Organisation:

1- Why do they keep interviews to people who don't fit to their salary slab? Why to waste time ?

2- If expected CTC is decided by the company's HR for the role why it is not stated at the beginning? Candidates will not waste their time.

Now when I rejected his CTC, The new person entered in this process is Mr. Chintan Doshi ( Director Hr leader), He arranged a call where we went on a negotiation and arrived on a final decision.

This has happened of 10/02/2023 . My offer was supposed to release in these days and today is 01/03/2023 There is no offer Letter being released.

From 23/12/2022 to 1/03/2023 was a waste of time for me.

I think the entire process itself talks about the company's culture , one that don't respect the time of people.

I think if one is planning to give interview please be aware as these are just a time waste for everyone.
