Also they will segregate 3 group when you enter for interview, one group consists of people , who have relative in Indigo, ( the sepcial treatment will provide for them) , second group consists of people who have training certificate of any institute, third is people like me who do not have any relatives in indigo nor have any training certificate,.. i thought overall looks , communication skills, grooming sense is important, but you should also have any relatives or so called training certificate to qualify... For us, there are 14 people in 1 group but special privileged people have only 5 member in one group for group discussion, I feel totally biased . This review was only based on Kolkata location and Also I discussed with the candidate, who were attending the interview more than 2 times..

Smile more and interact politely with everyone
Don't give "THE OBVIOUS" answers. Ex- i want to become a cabin crew because I love traveling or I like dancing, singing and if you really do then along with these, add something different like making digital art, doing skincare etc.
They notice you so make sure to be remarkable all the time.
Greet the interviewer
If you know the interviewer' name then greet them professionally.eg- good morning Mr shah.
Groom well
