The answer I gave was, "Of course it was a customer service executive designation, and we have to interact with customers, the best part about is that you get to improve your communication skills, understand the current market's situation, understand how a company performs, etc. so yeah sometimes it happens that customer gets satisfied with our service and praises our brand that we represent. But at the same time, sometimes, customer is already pissed off and he/she will not listen to you no matter what explanation you give and they might even use harsh language and all, and that's a slight bad experience, but we can learn from that too.....
