Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I got an email from Ms. Sadhna (HR) for an interview. I went to the interview then I got to know that HR is on leave that day, as in she was forgot about my interview scheduled. It was so unprofessional behavior, as she scheduled my interview and she took a leave that day and she didn't thought to update me or no one there to attend me. After a long wait some lady arrange my VC interview with the HR and after that call she said will get back to you by evening. I mean if you had conduct my interview from VC then why would you call me in your office, even in this covid-19 situation, it would have done at my home also. After that they offering me salary very low and said our budget is this, even after knows that my last ctc is too high.
So it my advice to the company that please check candidate profile carefully before calling them for interview and treat them good at the time of interviews.
Also I would like to advise candidate also please check their accepetation and budget carefully before going to interview to them.
Overall it was not so good experience with them and I will not recommend to anyone for IJPN Technologies.
