Interview Preparation Tips
Experience: Aptitude questions were similar to cat questions. The test was actually outsourced to some other people.The written test was a very good one.
Round: Group Discussion
Experience: I just gave a few examples of how our economy now is. But finally,our discussion deviated from the given topic
after sometime. My experience in the group discussion was fine, we missed the point that has to be answered.
But the topic needs to be given some attention.
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: I was asked to tell about myself first. Then I asked a few questions I had in my mind regarding the job. Then they asked some questions from the topic I am interested in.Interview was elite.
General Tips: They are starting a power plant in Bihar, so I hope Electrical engineers would find some work there in power plant, not immediately but after working at Nellore for some time. For Chemical engineers, I think this is the best fertilizers company in India. All the very best.

Interview Preparation Tips
Experience: Aptitude Test: Total 50 questions. Negative marking is there(1/4) and there is no sectional cut off. Some questions are from general knowledge. Technical Test: Total 50 questions. Negative marking is there(1/4) and only 20-25 are related to chemical engineering. Most questions are from thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
Round: Group Discussion
Tips: Team of 9 people.Time 20 minutes and finally come to one conclusion.
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: About 10 questions total asked and mostly were on project work. Thermodynamics questions were mostly asked.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: Asked about company and family background.
Tips: Always be confident and and if you don't know the answers then don't tell wrong ones, it may result in losing the opportunity.
General Tips: Don't try to do every question because in written test cut off is only 50-60%, better save time and solve easy questions first. For interview prepare one subject strongly and answer any question confidently.
