Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - First round is Group Discussion. A group of 20 people including myself were asked to prepare a speech on 'biggest achievement in my life' and given 2 minutes for preparation. After all of us finished our speech, the selected candidates are announced immediately and information for next interview was passed to them. Second round is communication round which is telephonic. The data and time of interview was informed through mail. In the second round, the above questions are asked, after few hours, I got a message that I have not cleared the interview.
