This round is first elimination process.

It was aptitude + technical test
It is not that much difficult if you have basic idea you can easily crack it. Test of offline at dedicated centers. For mechanical engineering background don't leave the topic stress strain calculations and limit tolerance and fit topic. Don't cheat or try to be oversmart because at the time of interview everything will be in front of the interviewer. This is also an elimination round.

Group discussion was not elimination round but you need to be very careful what you are going to speak because interviewer is writing everything on the paper which you have to justify if you can't then selection will be difficult.

Q1. If you qualify the interview you will be sent to medical hospital for fitness checkups. Generally people don't fail but if anyone is chain smoker then lung test may create problem.
