Good place to start your career. Pay is better in comparison to other companies.

Poor work timings can take a toll on your personal life. Sad part is no one seems to be interested in having a life outside work. Also the timings are pathetic as they start as early as 8.30 am. Moreover there are people to lecture you that you should reach early (as if 8.30 is not early enough) and do all necessary arrangements for the day. This is a strong dislike.

Nothing only they pay high salary which is much lesser as compared with the work and the area given.

Rude Management. One man show Sheme is made like a nasa equations. Even though do not support to dealer as well as depot. They treat employee like a naukar and do expect to invest 24*7 for company. No program for employees. Only call all sales to five star hotel and put them in a jail like hall for nonsense meeting which results nothing. Zonal manager especially from w*** is full g****. He even don't know any professionalism and dealers are also frustrated by him. You will not learn anything. They are exploiting career of TS by saying that they will give on roll job. They fire them if they do not perform in 15 days. Very bad decision of my life.

Zero work life balance All they need is to travel day and night HR department has no role Even on Sunday they push you to work Your suggestion doesn't matter to management No appreciation for your work No fixed timing... You have to work day and night No proper leave policy.. you'll stuck in market and traveling...

Good Salary provided by Hawkins but I was working here on Payroll of Caspian Management Services Ltd .

It was a field job and my role was to meet dealers on daily basis. 6 Days working and I had to cover 20-25 areas in a Month. Vehicle was Mandatory for this job.

A great level of policis by zonal Manager of south. Zonal Managers of other 3 zones were good & contribute alot in business. But CE-SZS neither helped employees in sales nor he had good relationship with dealers. He completed market early because he had alcohol in mind from morning to evening. Dealers asked us why you brought him in my shop, he is good for nothing. So you can work nicely anywhere except in south zone. If you are selected & planned to work in south zone, leave immediately, otherwise you will ruin your both lives, personal & professional.
