Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Aecom is a big name in the engineering field, here we will get a lot to learn so that our future will grow well. Tell the truth about what you know or else you will face problems. Because next you have to do all the work yourself. Because of the high work load, no one can help you much. I worked at Aecom for seven years. I have learned a lot there. Salary always comes on time. Due to pendamic we had to leave the job due to lack of work. But the Aecom company had done our full and final settelement within a month. Aecom is a very good company. If I get a chance to work in the company again, I would definitely like to join. Workload is very high. Deadline is very less, which affects its quality of work.
