Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't waste your time. Think if they had to judge me with my second round which was a 20 minute telephonic discussion then my question why they assigned me a long design task in first round.
Here the process should be first they need to take 20 minute telephonic technical round and if candidate is eligible for second round then they should assign design task why they wasting our time by giving that design in first round that design took me to complete 2.5 days.
