Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: I went there and gave my resume to the guard who was collecting the resume. I was waiting there for the result if my resume got selected or not. After sometime he said he"ll call.
Round: Behavioural Interview
Experience: I went there and guard called my name. then finally i met with the Area VM. He was so cool while taking the interview. He asked about my experiences, knowledge etc then he asked about my family after that he asked for the salary expectation. I was quite sure that i'll get selected. they said they'll call. I was so happy because my interview was very good. But after few days i got to know that someone else was selected because the girl(who got selected) and the Area VM or HR were friends.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.
