Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - There is only a thought in this equivalent employer. They don't apply this practically. I gave interview here 3 months ago. In the first round interviewer told me he will connect with my manager one to one as he is friend. I told him this is not right no one wants his team member to go and will not give a genuine feedback. Also this is not the right way to do externally which is a work for BGVC team. They forwarded me to further rounds and on shore team who are their superior also gave positive feedback for me. Then finally they called me to office to meet india finance head and beside the first round manager was sitting. It is clearly showing they will not take me according to knowledge or requirements as per process but with the feedback he got from his friend from my manager. This is all going here. And then HR never came I called to take feedback and she said she don't have any feedback. Hope someone will read it and prepare before heading for interview here. I also urge Globant leadership to look into this.
