Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have face this question almost every interview which i had been attended. Actually there is no relevance for asking this question." Why are you looking for a Job change?"
Reason why because the same question we can ask to the interviewer like " why are you looking for a candidate? " is it?
Yeah because obliviously there is reason for looking the job change. it is personalized. there are so many reason for the job change. sometimes it could be monitory or else dissatisfaction of the current job. So asking these kind of questions is absolutely wasting of Time for both persons.(Interviewer & Candidate)
