Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The recruitment process took ages to complete due to covid. 50% weightage for CA final marks and 50% weightage for interview. due to covid, group task wasnt conducted. it was virtual interview. no single technical question. the questions were based on our resume/application. all attitude/behavioural questions like strengths/weakness/hobbies etc, but not straightforward questions. they twist the question and ask. however, the working environment is very bad. if you expect the less workload and believe a myth that you will have some work life balance in PSU, then HPCL is definitely not your choice.

I applied via Company Website and was interviewed in Nov 2021. There were 4 interview rounds.
