With a MS and Volume in my state (STATE DATA...get it from your AM/ABM) it would prove beneficial for me in my career growth where i am seeking to learn from the industry best. M&M has always been known for their best practices, system processes and work ethics. So i want to learn and earn at the same time.

Most of now Interviewers in M&M FES have come from TSM levels and therefore they shall catch you if you try to manipulate. Be straight in answering and keep them simple. In case you have difficulty in answering the question in English ask for their permission to speak in Hindi and they shall allow you too. Do not ask what your role would be...its already in the JD...ask how can you grow within the organization...what is my scope to be heard among my peers...All the best
