Round: Test
Experience: There are two sections ....1) verbal 2)analytical and reasoning. paper was little bit tough. i didn't remember the type of questions.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: The HR was very cool and friendly. He asked me general questions like "tell me about ur self","have u done any teamwork" etc and then he asked me about my favourite subject.Then he asked me to explain the subject considering him as an 8th class student. Then he asked me about my family background. And the interview was about 30mins.

General Tips: You must be very cool while facing interview and u should ur confidence and interest towards the company.

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: Resume based shortlisting initially.

Round: Interview
Experience: 3 rounds of interviews (15-20 minutes each)
 All topics were Metallurgy related
 Heat transfer, Phase diagrams (very basic Fe-C diagram), FEM-based technical questions, are concepts asked.
Tips: If they look interested in a particular aspect, pursue it, and drive the interview.
Be ready to be grilled on the things mentioned in your resume.
 For consulting companies alone (McKinsey and BCG), look at certain case studies. The book "Case in point", is a really good source.
 For most other core companies (like Reliance, Tata Steel, etc.), refreshing Iron and steel and Mechanical Metallurgy courses will help a lot.

Round: Test
Experience: Questions were based on basic maths and english but time duration as per level of questions was very less. I was hardly able to attempt 90 question.
Tips: Firstly attempt questions from the topics in which you are more comfortable. Don't spend much time in thinking.
Duration: 60 minutes
Total Questions: 120

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: As I am from statistics background ao they asked me questions from regression and inference in depth. Rest all question were from basic stats. And yes they ask question from everything what is there in your resume.
Tips: Be ready for question from everything what is there in your resume and prepare them in advance.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: It was easy and hardly last for 10 min
Tips: Be confident on whatever you speak and prepare for general HR questions in advance.

Round: Test
Experience: There were two parts : Aptitude and English.
The Aptitude part consisted of questions related to Maths which were quite easy.
The English section consisted of reading comprehensions.
Tips: Read the questions carefully because some of them might be lengthy.
Apply quick formulas so that you save time on each question.
Duration: 90 minutes

Round: Group Activity
Experience: We were asked to write an essay on a topic.
My topic was "Global Warming".
This was not an elimination round.
Tips: Writing essay requires a good fair of English and also thinking capability.
Divide your essay into paragraphs and don't forget to assign a title to your essay.

Round: Interview
Experience: The technical round was quite simple for me as the interviewer asked me few simple questions related to basic programming. I am not well versed with programming but then I managed because I did study the previous day.
I was not nervous since I knew I would be able to crack the interview in one go. After waiting for hours and hours, my turn came and finally I went up to the interviewer.
Tips: Be confident and communicate well.
The interviewers are more interested in how you communicate to them.
Learn the basics and revise a little before you go to the interview .

Round: Interview
Experience: This was the most simple and funniest round for me as the interviewer asked me only a single question .
The question goes like " Which place are you from?"
Tips: When you get selected for the HR round, just relax.
This is not an elimination round .
The HR's won't ask questions related to your subjects or any academics.
They would only ask some basic information regarding your life experiences and or will you be able to work in a corporate environment.

General Tips: 1. You need to be confident.
2. Drink lots of water.
3. Dont discuss anything with your neighbours during the interview process.
4. Dont overthink.
5. Be positive.
Skill Tips: You should well versed with english and try to communicate well with the interviewer.

Experience: The test was all about how well you understand and write the English language as the company totally depends on the retail process, their high requirement was on the language understandability.
Tips: There are no much tips, Just be good with the English language.

Tips: Know about the company well before you attend any interview.

Experience: The versant exam was of 6 rounds which was all about the communication skills and spontaneous answers to the question given ending with a specified length Email writing.

Skill Tips: Be good at communicating with the people around and also with good clever answers when asked.

Experience: Got selected because I was relating my experience with the job profile. And knew financials well.

General Tips: Interview question was mainly to gauge my knowledge about insurance sector. I had little idea about the sector but a little research prior to the interview helps. When you are over with the gd/ hr interview and you think there is a good chance of clearing it then make sure u get some knowledge about sector and the company .Read about the sector well and the company as well.
