1. One question regarding the MaxPartitions for a given array, if array is [4, 3, 2, 6 , 5, 10, 9] => upon sorting it appears like [2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10] ..Max slices are [2,3,4] [5, 6] [9, 10] so slice count is 3
