Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Issue is that nobody responds. The hr and overall management is so terrible that the will keep you hanging for month. There was this incident happened with me I use to take regular follow ups hr use to say that you are our top candidate and there are positive developments. I had already communicated my ctc it took them literally a month to say that even matching your current ctc is not possible. The same hr on social media writes communication is his strongest point ( it's the biggest joke I have seen). Overall bad management and bad requirement process thanks they rejected or else would have been a part of this vicious circle. Surely now I belive that certified great place to work is a bought certificate rather then earned.
