I applied via campus placement at Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi and was interviewed before Mar 2021. There were 2 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Group Discussion 

7 groups with 8-9 members each were formed and were given various topics to discuss on. The topics ranged from burning social issues to work environment to climate change and ethics.

Round 2 - One-on-one 

(2 Questions)

  • Q1. How would I adapt to a completely new region?
  • Q2. Tell me something (not mentioned in resume) which will make me finalise you as an employee. (Within 60 secs).
