Retention offer
Hello,
Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus
Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L)
I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte.
Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have attended 3 rounds of interview with a communication test, First round was techincal round, it went very naturally,coming to the second round which is manager round, panel have asked me questions about one hour which are totally situation based and the final round questions are all about my the details I have mentioned in my resume and the panel asked me about my strength and weakness. As I already said people should have the basic knowledge about Deloitte, When your speaking to the panel about the organisation you should be very clear with your points. Make sure you ask them questions at the end of every round. You should answer very honestly for every question, don't fake things in your resume they will surely ask you about those..
