Experience: It's a telephonic interview.i had a great talk with them about all my projects in my UG and about my interest in doing internship in IDC. Later they shortlisted me and called up for the personal interview.
Tips: Express all your interest towards the company and let them know how much you are interested to work with the company by a detail study about company.
