Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Pathetic, stay away!!!

These guys will send you to client interview only when entire company believes that you are a good candidate (5 internal interviews - including HR - before 1 client interview). In short they will send you to their client under their own name without hiring you, and they will hire you if their domestic client hires you, clever! right?

Initially they will say there will be 3 rounds of interview, which any sane experienced person will find reasonable. After your 3 successful interviews (1 with Principal Engineer, 2nd with IT Head, 3rd with Delivery Manager) and when you are waiting for the final round with HR they will say there will be one more interview with client.

After giving 3 interviews you will think that let it be, one more interview, bring it on, then they will ask you to submit your resume in the format provided by Cuelogic (as if you are already an employee).

Then before sending you to the client there will be one more round with HR head, once that is done they will ask you to take another one with the Project Manager. In the 5th round Project Manager will give you "tips" for what client will be asking (Performance improvements, Security, Scalability, Micro-services architecture, SOA, Mobile readiness, licensing etc)

Once everyone in the company finds you suitable for the position, they will forward your profile to their client under their own name.

You are well prepared for all the major stuff which any experienced architect should know, However in final interview with domestic client their architect (your counterpart) will give you an assignment to write code for a problem he probably have googled and could not explain to others, he expects you to write the code in some cheap online collaboration tool in an interview scheduled for 45 minutes.

Instead of wasting time with this "consultancy" find some serious employer.
