Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - As per the interviewer, the recruitment drive hosted by Cognizant was with a good initiative to consider workforce who are impacted by COVID-19 and are experiencing career break. Post the interview assessment process, the recruitment representative was kept intimated about the completion of interview. However, there was hardly any timely intimation/feedback shared by the recruitment team.

My suggestion to other job seekers is that they should not wait for the feedback as they should move on with their respective job searches as these processes are not streamlined as far as rexruitment is concerned. A top level oversight is necessary on these kind of lateral recruitnent drives so as to ensure that the feedback/communication loop is closed as far as such job requirements are concerned.
