Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Firstly I cracked aptitude exam which is based on mechanical engineering, then in HR interview they asked me about engg project deeply like about design, calculations, torque & all related with it. Then Emerson is basically refrigeration company so remaining question about refrigeration cycle & related with it. So interview was good & I got selected.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.
