Interview Preparation Tips
Round: HR Interview
Experience: To be honestly frank i wasn't even Expecting that i'd be selected with my unmatched type answers.
In first qstn i told HR about my self whatever i had prepared from google & previous interview in Aegis Ltd.
Talking about second Qstn I think I really got Stupidly Nervous or you can say i was like getting blasted a lots in myself that what to say. how ever i managed for some courage & said
1. As being BCA Graduate am familiar with Computer including MS Office.
2.I haven't applied for Business Associate yet so i would definitely try to do my best and even i will off-course.
3. As a fresher company can use my fresher Enthusiasm & dedication for work.
4. (in this qstn i just & just wanted to quit the interview SRSLY BCaues i was what to say like was completely Gave up; Thus ) 4th reason for selecting me is (thinking ) ummm, I need it.
{the HR smiled & said all-right}
Last Qstn I Just Said i was a fresher employ & i had my college final exams thus in confusion i hadn't any alternative in my mind to what to tell my TL for Job Leaving maybe he would have stopped me & my Examination Efforts would go worst . {After getting reply "OK" i went ahead} I Don't know more about E_Commerce Just accept that its all about online marketing.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It is a good company as per their product and capabilities, but some people are sitting at top of this organization are making this company pathetic. who so ever would be conducting an interview should be humble and nice, even if you don't know anything still he should encourage you and provide some motivation, that's what leaders do. They should ask the question regarding for which position you have applied and see how smart is the candidate for the same.
