Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have faced a very bad experience with the AWING team in bangalore, i had applied for a job on APP and got the confirmation to complete the test (I got thought and selected for the next round), attended the training post confirmation from the company, then i called up the person who informed me that i have selected, later no response from is side and since i have worked earlier i tried calling the AWING team to check on the status none was responding from past 10 days, then i tried calling so called CXO GURPREET thinking that he will respond me since he is the top management and co-founder. tried google and got the contact and called but did not get any reposed till now, so thought top management is so irresponsible, its a waste of time explaining on the company employees who is working under the top management.

Beyond this it is left to you people what kind of organization is this?
