Experience: From naukri based on my previous profiles

Round: Telephonic interview with MD
Experience: In-depth knowledge of my work & about things I have achieved

Round: Face to face interview
Experience: Panel of 3 included our MD, Head BD & Head Corp Com.

Round: Discussion on Salary & appointment letter
Experience: Be very specific what you expect, the companies expect to hire you as per market standards, so don't over expect in the beginning, negotiate where in you both come at a mutual agreement.

General Tips: Just be yourself, be simple but formal, do not try to show a rosy picture about your profile. Be open minded - all companies have a different way of working.
