Divide the array into two sub-arrays based on a pivot element
Recursively sort the sub-arrays
Combine the sorted sub-arrays to get the final sorted array
Time complexity: O(nlogn) in average case and O(n^2) in worst case
Space complexity: O(logn)
Example: [5, 2, 9, 3, 7, 6, 8] -> [2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]
