Round: Test
Experience: We all are good in reasoning and aptitude part but time management should be done properly. Questions taking too much of time should be left immediately.Civil Engg part consists of basic civil engg questions. If you know the method you will do it else not.
Tips: Time allocation is the main key to crack written exam.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Really tough experience. Every topic was asked at full depth.Some of the questions Interviewer explained to me as if he is teaching me in a class.
Tips: Speak to the point because speaking too much can be injurious to your interview.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: It was good .Everything went smoothly
Tips: Speak what comes to your mind there itself.Dont prepare HR questions.

General Tips: Dont try to be oversmart. Be the way you are. Speak what you know. Have faith in yourself.
