Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My interviewers were very friendly and the process seems orchestrated to promote fairness. They tested my actual skills versus ability to memorize security frameworks, which was refreshing. I had an awkward experience that I think threw me off and affected my confidence. Part of it was circumstance. If I give too much detail this won’t be anonymous anymore.

As for as advice, refresh your skills relevant to the role and prepare to do a full exercise similar to what you might do on the job.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had an extremely frustrating interview experience at EPAM. I interviewed for one role and successfully cleared all the lengthy rounds, only to later find out that someone from the bench was allocated to my position. Subsequently, the HR rescheduled an interview for another round, and I went through all the rounds from the beginning, only to learn about a "budget issue" related to my level of experience. HR Omprakash Panda was aware of everything from the start, so I am unsure why this issue arose and still he chose to drag the interview process for weeks without any transparency. If you value your time.I'd suggest look elsewhere since this level of unprofessionalism is beyond expected.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Not a pleasant experience. Although the job profile and role was of Database testing only. But both HR and interviewer said, they were looking for a person having mix of UI, Database and API testing. However, interviewer's mostly questions were focused on database only.
It has become a common norm that HR and interviewer does not open their cameras during virtual interview but expect the candidate to open their camera. Technical Interviewer joined 5-10 minutes late in call, when he joined HR greeted him and said Hi Sir. Later on she also asked me to greet him!! In fact, interviewer was quite rude (video camera was already off) and didn't even disclosed his name also (He used initials like SK234097). In the interview, it appeared that he was not able to understand English as a couple of times, he asked to speak slow. He demanded every answer to be explained in detail and with an example, if he was not satisfied with my answer he keep on asking me to explain in different words. Similarly when he asked me a question (and if I did not understand that), I also asked him to explain the question in detail but he kept on repeating that one liner question every time (That behavior showed his stubborn nature and bossiness)

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My intervoew went excellent, but I think there was a budget issue which they didn't clarify in the beginning. Plus, I kept following up with the HR she doesn't responde. Pathetically annoying TA team. At least these people should have told me if I was not selected after the 5 rounds of interview and time wasting.

I in the beginning got really good bg from finance team that the company is good and employee oriented. My experience was way worse than that. This new "Job hai" has poor management and no ethics.
