Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Fastinfo deserve minus rating! Hr itself is a dumb! I have appeared for hr profile, hr Aindrilla said me fresher with good communication skills can also apply, later other hr said they could not select me as I don't have any relevant working experience. Then why Aindrilla shortlist my profile and I lost my whole day there. Other hr behaviour is also strange and horrible, hr head Neha has very negetive attitude! It should be informed to the candidate before if the profile is not match according to the criteria! Asking someone attend the interview, reminding me on the same day morning and then rejected by saying the lame thing. Very unprofessional, if an hr itself is dumb then how the organisation will be ? Recommended not to waste one's valuable time here !

So there was one senior executive and 4 others excluding me and there we did mock calls on how to talk with the teaching candidates for the first time and then it was called off for the day as it was out first day.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It's a good job for learning or internship purpose , but the salary the provide is very less compared to the salary they give , and basically they are targeting to hire around 5000 people by the end of this year so they were informing me this in such a way you may be kicked out any moment just to achieve that number
