Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I applied through their careers website. There will be an online test to test numerical abilities and situational judgement tests. Followed by a 4 hour long assessment centre where I had to speak for 15mins of how a particular technology of my choice can be applied to an industry that accenture works with. Second task was a group exercise with another candidate, where we heard an audio clip of a business meeting - two problems were presented and we had to come up with a solution and follow up question. There will be two more rounds of numerical tests, some video questions where i recorded my answers and a final task was to finish 10 tasks in 10 mins. This is an open ended task to see how we manage time eg name as many countries and their capitals as I can, describe the objects on the screen without naming them, how many triangles are in a triangle with many triangles inside it etc. Final round was with a technical manager based out of Dublin. The questions are in the section above. I would advice that you should research the company websites for the clients they've worked with, the industries they are involved in, case studies and their technology vision. Note: this recruitment process is for the UK, and I applied to work out of London.
