Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't go for interview to these small firm if you are highly qualified like MBA, Btech etc. They will not value your candidature inspite of knowing the last drawn salary and Qualification they will ask you to come to interview and let's have a discussion.
Interviewer (Karan Sikhwal) was rude and offered me something less than my current salary which was not upto the market standard. The tone of the interviewer was like a humiliating tone. They will also ask you to sign a bond for 2 yrs, as you cannot leave the company before that. There were lots of terms and conditions in there bond paper which they didn't agree to disclose. If I agree with their offer then only they will proceed and if I get selected then only I can know the policy. Though I had rejected the so called offer on their face.
It is basically their family business for which they are looking for cheap employees like 12th pass, 10th pass etc.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - If you want to excel in your job profile and looking for professional growth please don’t go to techm vizag site because 9 out of 10 times you will hate it the reason is that higher management like team lead, assistant manager, managers will make you leave the company as soon as possible. Those people feel that Techm vizag their own company. Even the gate security and cab drivers feel the same. I felt like a slave after working for 8 months where i got paid 12-13000 per month but those mind less shift timings makes you annoying anyway so don’t give interview here Please.
